I woke up a few months ago with some amazing ideas. I was invisioning a character we all know by either the most recent movie or the old time favorite childhood story. I knew I wanted to keep the background of the story the same but change it up just a bit..I was thinking of Little Red Riding Hood that is!

I knew I wanted to do this shoot in a sort of mystical and rural scenery with lots of trees. I pictured a beautiful young girl with her rood hood running from the BIG BAD WOLF! The wolf...well with all the remakes of what wolves look like lately I knew would be young and handsome. Christian who plays the wolf and Alejandra who plays Little Red were the perfect match for this gig. Im so thankful and happy you guys were a part of this little dream/vision of mine and couldn't imagine anyone else doing these parts. You guys were awesome and totally ROCKED IT!

We met up in the afternoon and ended up in the woods/trails of a park. It was muddy...haha, REALLY muddy. We even ran across a little family of Hogs..baby and all. Christian and Alejandra are so photogenic...future superstars if you ask me and they're in love too! Even better...chemistry and all. Anyways they did an amazing job and well, just scroll down to see the images of this story line....although we changed the ending up a bit. You will see....hope you enjoy Little Red and her Wolf.

It's Blog time! I've made it a goal to at least blog once a week in 2012...this is the 2nd blog of the year.

Baby Landon was such a pleasure to work with. His dad Oscar and Landon were the winners of my Standard Session giveaway. The shoot went very smooth. He never fussed or cried at all. He is such a good little baby boy. ☺ He was very calm and "cooperative" during the shoot and even gave me a few smiles that just melted my heart...oh and he was the CUTEST little Santa around! I enjoyed every min. of it and hope I get to photograph him and his papa Oscar once he's a little bigger!

Thank you Oscar for allowing the pleasure to capture these precious moments of your sweet blessing Landon. We parents know that these children of ours grow way to fast....glad I was there to capture these moments for you!

It's been a crazy and busy beginning of the year..thankfully. I'm SO happy to finally Blog once again...phewww.

When I found out I would be photographing little Alexis I knew it would be a pretty sweet shoot! She was described to me as having a huge personality, a mind of her own, and very energetic. When I met her, her beautiful personality poured out of her. Dressed in the CUTEST attire (which she picked out herslef) I knew she would just rock her shoot! She was a little shy at first but before we knew it, she was posing and seemed like a pro...very photogenic.

We were laughing and just having a blast the whole time. She loves to cheer and dance so of course I had to capture the passion she has for the things she loves in life too. Had fun with you Alexis, you were so awesome, beautiful, and sweet! Check out some of the cutest shots below....love em all!

It was a very chilly day when we had this shoot. I was so excited to photograph such a down to earth family. I must add, I love families that have lots of bambinos. I think it's so stinking cute when there are little kids and all the boys look like their dad and the little girls like their mom. I think that is priceless right there...I've always wanted a big family myself. I just think it is beautiful...

During the shoot precious little Ayva, the youngest wasn't having it after a few of the shots but we managed to keep the family all smiles! They STILL took some amazing shots and at the end little Ava joined in, Yay...lol! Marc and Rachel, you guys are such an awesome couple and wonderful parents! The kids are ohhhh sooooo adorable!

This family was such a pleasure...I had so much fun with you guys (Marc, Rachel, Marc Jr, Ulyssa, Lexy, and Ayva) Your family is one of a kind and I am so happy for you guys!
Hope you enjoy a few of the images from the Torres' shoot.
